Pine Tea & Coffee trades as a specialty loose leaf tea merchant and boutique coffee roaster in Castle Hill 25km North West of Sydney and was formed in 1996 by Clayton and his sister Lesley, together they now have 72 years experience.

They have developed a highly esteemed award winning family business with many years of experience as a specialty loose leaf tea supplier and local coffee roaster.

Clayton Pine first commenced tea tasting and training as an international tea buyer and master tea taster for Bushells Tea & Coffee in March 1974 while working with brands such as Bushells, Pablo, Lan Choo, Goldenia, Gibsons and Billy. The years that followed included positions with brands such as Andronicus, Nestle, Belaroma, Amgoorie, King and Robur.

Lesley Pine after 10 years in management and seasonal buying left her rag trade fashion retail career behind her in Adelaide to co-found Pine Tea & Coffee.

 Together they have established an enviable network of agents, traders, tea & coffee estates, manufacturers, with best practice, sustainable, ethical, social and environmental credentials.
