Traditional Matcha Method

Whisk 1/2 tsp (1-2g), matcha powder with 80ml hot water (80°C) in a small bowl.

Matcha Latte

1. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey to a cup (optional).

2. Place 1 teaspoon (2–4g) of Matcha powder into a small jug.

3. Add 30ml of hot water (75–80°C) whisk or blend until smooth.

4. Steam your preferred milk.

5. Pour the steamed milk into the matcha mixture and finish with latte art if desired.
