All stock is subject to availability. We only ship within Australia.

All prices include GST where necessary. Tea and Coffee are GST Free.

Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.

Pine Tea & Coffee aims to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that every website is completely free of human or technological errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Pine Tea & Coffee is not responsible for any items that are out of stock or are discontinued while displayed online.


Orders will not be dispatched by Pine Tea & Coffee until payment is made in full and the funds are cleared.

REGULAR Australia Post delivery please allow 2-7 days for delivery. This may however take 5-10 business days for remote areas and if affected by Covid-19.

PRIORITY Australia Post delivery is a faster option for 2-5 days delivery. Prices available in shipping cart options.

Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy / bulky deliveries that do not fit in normal AP Satchel.

If an incorrect freight charge is selected by you (eg: you order 2kg in total and select 1kg shipping price) you will be sent an order confirmation just prior to shipping with new amended freight charge applied before proceeding.

If freight is cheaper customers will be charged less but not notified. 

In the case of very bulky items or delivery to South Australia, Northern Territory,
Western Australia, Tasmania, regional and remote areas, customers will be contacted to confirm postage charges prior to despatch of their order.

We suggest selecting PRE PAID, ACCOUNT, QUOTE” option if unsure and we will email you an invoice to approve with freight added within 1 Bus. Day.

Pine Tea & Coffee believes that we use reliable delivery companies who will try to provide you with the best care and service, but
there may be times when despite their best efforts, orders are delayed in the delivery process. For this reason our delivery times can be our best
estimate only. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, nor does it entitle you to cancel an order.

Our couriers generally make deliveries between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate for these hours. Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that
the recipient regularly works office hours. Please note that, should the intended recipient not be available, the parcel may be signed for by other
staff or the mail room. If Authority To Leave (ATL) instructed, the courier may leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place. If the courier deems it unsafe to leave
the parcel, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier to arrange a suitable day for re-delivery. Should this service incur an additional delivery charge, the recipient agrees that he/she is liable for this cost.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct. Inaccurate or mis-spelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery. Should re-delivery be
required and an additional charge is incurred by Pine Tea & Coffee, you will be responsible for the payment of this charge.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Pine Tea & Coffee if an order does not arrive. Once you notify us, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier company to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible


If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Pine Tea & Coffee does not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises. In some cases these orders may be returned at customers own freight cost and a refund or credit given at our discretion and with approval.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Pine Tea & Coffee aims to keep our customers 100% satisfied at all times. If you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, please contact us to discuss. Outbound freight charges for returned products will not be refunded.

All orders are packed with care and individually checked prior to despatch – if a product is delivered damaged, please notify us immediately/ within 7 days of receipt of your order.


Please be aware that while we take every reasonable care when despatching goods to you, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss and/or damage for ATL. 

It is strongly recommended that you effect suitable insurance protection for such a risk.

Claims for short deliveries and any missing parcels must be noted on the delivery docket prior to signing so the courier company is also advised in writing at time of delivery.

All claims must be received in writing within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.

It is essential to include a copy of your order with your return.

Please return your damaged product, using a courier or an insured delivery service eg Australia Post.

If we have agreed to exchange or process a refund for an undamaged product, you are responsible for the freight costs and we must receive the goods back in our office in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days.

We do not refund for incorrect choice, but may, at our discretion issue a credit voucher. Goods sold as stock clearance or on sale will not be accepted for return.

Pine Tea & Coffee will apply a processing fee for exchanged items and the refund/credit value excludes shipping and handling charges If we have sent you the incorrect product, we will be happy to refund both the product and freight charge


Pine Tea & Coffee cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage sustained by the use of any of our products. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the products are suitable for their requirements. We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has occurred. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses where the sender has opted to have the order left at the premises if no one is home.
